Returns

We offer a 7‑day return window from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non‑Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Intimate garments or Innerwear
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us or check the product label in our store.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period.
This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
